BECU is seeking a Senior Cybersecurity Governance, Risk, and Compliance Manager to strengthen the organization’s cybersecurity governance program and drive mature control oversight across the enterprise. You will translate regulatory expectations into practical standards and enable automation and reporting for better risk visibility.

You will partner across Cybersecurity, Compliance, IAM, and IT to balance risk, drive remediation, and advance continuous monitoring using AI and Power Platform

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in information security, computer science or related field.
• 7 years of cybersecurity experience or related experience in IT, Compliance, or Audit.
• Expertise in GRC frameworks such as FFIEC, GLBA, PCI/DSS, SOX, NIST CSF; apply to an enterprise environment.

Responsabilités

• Develop, evolve, and improve GRC programs, processes, standards, and guidelines.
• Establish second‑line oversight of cybersecurity controls and work with first‑line owners to remediate gaps.
• Support regulatory examinations and coordinate evidence, responses, findings, and remediation.
• Translate frameworks and regulatory expectations into practical standards and operating practices.
