Job summary

Kinetix Technology Services, LLC is seeking a Cybersecurity and Compliance Manager to lead our cybersecurity compliance programs remotely from the United States. The role focuses on aligning client environments with frameworks like NIST CSF, SOC 2, CIS Controls, HIPAA, PCI‑DSS, CMMC, and ISO 27001 while providing strategic advisory services at an executive level.

You will collaborate with clients and internal teams to translate risks into actionable remediation plans, oversee audits and evidence

Qualifications

• 8+ years in IT/cybersecurity, information security governance, risk, or regulatory compliance.
• Experience with audits, evidence management, and compliance assessments.
• Strong client-facing communication and ability to advise executives.
• Experience with Windows, macOS, cloud, networking, and identity security.

Responsibilities

• Lead cybersecurity compliance programs across multiple frameworks.
• Perform risk assessments and oversee third-party risk management.
• Provide vCISO advisory services to clients and leadership.
• Coordinate audits, evidence collection, and remediation tracking.
• Advise on AI governance, data protection, and responsible AI adoption.
• Develop and maintain security policies, governance, and audit-ready documentation.
• Oversee service delivery and ensure contractual security commitments are met.
