The candidate will lead cybersecurity compliance programs, risk management initiatives, and advisory services for clients, across frameworks like NIST CSF, SOC 2, HIPAA, PCI-DSS, and ISO 27001.

The role emphasizes vCISO advisory capabilities, governance, risk management, and leadership of the CSS team. Strong client-facing skills and deep regulatory knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Active CISSP certification in good standing.
• Strong knowledge of NIST CSF, SOC 2, CIS Controls, HIPAA, PCI-DSS, CMMC, ISO 27001.
• Experience leading audits, evidence management, and compliance assessments.
• Excellent client-facing communication and ability to advise executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead cybersecurity compliance initiatives across multiple frameworks.
• Oversee risk assessments, third-party risk, and vendor due diligence.
• Provide vCISO advisory services and executive risk reporting.
• Guide AI governance, data protection, and emerging security risks.
• Ensure delivery of Cyber Posture Snapshots and health checks.
• Collaborate with security operations on incident response and remediation.
