Job summary

Optiv Security Inc. seeks a Sr. Cybersecurity Advisor to act as a trusted partner for clients, combining sales acumen with security expertise to design scalable security programs.

You will craft pragmatic Secure Networking solutions (Cloud/Network/SASE/OT) tailored to client environments and provide security guidance to sales teams and clients alike. You will collaborate with domain experts to deliver thought leadership, align with partners, and drive value across technology portfolios.

Qualifications

• BS/BA or equivalent applicable work experience.
• Eight (8) years in information security role, architect, or engineer responsible for secure Network, OT, and Cloud environments.
• Five (5) years architecting, building and maintaining network security technologies in production environments.
• Strong business and technical acumen; ability to lead technology discussions.

Responsibilities

• Actively participate in the Field Center of Excellence and position Optiv services and Secure Networking technology to deliver client value.
• Collaborate with service delivery to ensure necessary domain materials support a consistent approach.
• Develop security strategy and roadmaps aligned with client goals, budget, and ROI metrics.
• Maintain advisory relationships with key stakeholders and partner with internal teams to align client expectations with the Optiv portfolio.
• Lead security program design across technology and services, including requirements gathering and technology evaluation.
