Job summary

Deloitte’s Cyber Foundry team seeks an AVP to lead a portfolio of cyber operations and managed security services. You will provide senior leadership to diverse teams of managers, technical leads, and analysts across engagements, shaping strategy and delivery across multiple domains.

You will oversee governance, escalation, and client briefings with senior executives, while driving growth through solution development and sales efforts.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Security Operations Center, Managed Security Services, or Cyber Operations with 5+ years of people-leadership experience.
• 5+ years of experience with security technologies including threat & vulnerability management, SIEM, IDS/IPS, DLP, proxies, WAF, EDR/XDR, antivirus, sandboxing, firewalls, threat intel, and penetration testing.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, information security, mathematics, decision sciences, risk management, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or industrial engineering.
• Ability to travel 50% on average based on client assignments.
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of cyber operations and managed security services engagements, including delivery, forecasting, margins, resource planning, SLAs, and governance.
• Serve as senior escalation point and trusted advisor to CISOs, CIOs, and other executives for security incidents and risk decisions.
• Set operational and technical strategy across security operations, incident response, endpoint security, application security, threat management, identity and access, and network security.
• Mentor Managers, technical leads, and analysts; oversee onboarding, transitions, reporting, and escalation management across geographies.
• Drive Cyber Foundry growth through sales pursuits, RFP responses, client presentations, vendor relationships, and adoption of security methodologies and technologies.
