Job summary

Deloitte France is seeking an Associate Vice President, Engineering Managed Services within the Cyber Foundry team. You will provide senior leadership across a portfolio of cyber operations and managed security services engagements, guiding teams of managers, technical leads, and analysts to deliver secure outcomes for diverse clients.

You will set strategic direction across security operations, incident response, and identity and access management while mentoring staff and driving growth

Qualifications

• 10+ years in SOC/Managed Security Services or Cyber Operations with 5+ years in people leadership across engagements.
• 5+ years with security tech including SIEM, IDS/IPS, DLP, proxies, WAF, EDR/XDR, antivirus, firewalls, threat intel, and pentesting.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
• Ability to travel ~50% depending on client engagements.
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of cyber operations and managed security services engagements, including delivery, forecasting, margins, resource planning, SLAs, and governance.
• Serve as senior escalation point and trusted advisor to CISOs, CIOs, and executives for incidents and strategic risk decisions.
• Set operational and technical strategy across SOC operations, incident response, endpoint security, app security, and network security.
• Lead, coach, and develop Managers, technical leads, and analysts across engagements and geographies; oversee onboarding, transitions, reporting, and escalation.
