Qualifications

• 10+ years in SOC, MSSP, or Cyber Ops with 5+ years in people leadership.
• 5+ years with security tech incl. SIEM, IDS/IPS, DLP, proxies, WAF, EDR/XDR.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS/InfoSec or related fields.
• Ability to travel ~50% depending on client work.
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of cyber operations and managed services engagements.
• Forecast finances, manage margins, plan resources, govern engagements.
• Act as escalation point to CISOs and executives; brief on incidents and risk decisions.
• Set strategy across security operations, incident response, and related domains.
• Develop and coach Managers, technical leads, and analysts; oversee onboarding and reporting.
