Job summary

Deloitte France is seeking an Associate Vice President, Engineering Managed Services within the Cyber Foundry team to provide senior leadership across cyber operations and managed security services engagements. You will guide multidisciplinary teams and coordinate across geographies to deliver secure, scalable outcomes.

The role focuses on setting strategy across security operations, incident response, and threat management while mentoring managers and analysts.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in SOC/Managed Security Services or Cyber Operations.
• 5+ years of people leadership across engagements.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information security, or related field.
• Ability to travel 50% on average.

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of cyber operations and managed security services engagements.
• Deliver, forecast, manage margins, plan resources, and govern engagements.
• Act as senior escalation point to client CISOs and CIOs for incidents and risk decisions.
• Set strategy across security operations, incident response, and related areas.
• Develop and coach Managers, technical leads, and analysts across geographies.
