Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in SOC/Managed Security Services or Cyber Operations.
• 5+ years of people-leadership experience across engagements.
• 5+ years of experience with security technologies including threat and vulnerability management, SIEM, IDS/IPS, DLP, proxies, WAF, EDR/XDR, antivirus, firewalls, threat intel, and penetration testing.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, information security, mathematics, decision sciences, risk management, or related engineering fields.
• Ability to travel 50% on average depending on client engagements.
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of cyber operations and managed security services engagements, including delivery, forecasting, margin management, resource planning, and governance.
• Serve as senior escalation point to CIOs and CISOs for security incidents and strategic risk decisions.
• Set operational and technical strategy across security operations, incident response, and related domains.
• Lead, coach, and develop Managers, technical leads, and analysts across geographies and engagements.
• Drive practice growth through sales pursuits, RFIs/RFPs, client presentations, vendor relationships, and adoption of cybersecurity methodologies.
