Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Security Operations Center (SOC), Managed Security Services, or Cyber Operations with 5+ years of people-leadership.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information security, mathematics, or related field is required.
• Experience across multiple cyber domains including operations, incident response, and governance is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of cyber operations and managed security services engagements, including delivery, forecasting, margin management, resource planning, SLA performance, and governance.
• Serve as escalation point and advisor to CISOs and CIOs for security incidents, risk decisions, and post-incident reviews.
• Set operational and technical strategy across security operations, incident response, endpoint security, and identity management.
• Lead, coach, and develop Managers, technical leads, and analysts across engagements and geographies; oversee onboarding and reporting.
• Drive practice growth through sales pursuits, client proposals, and technology adoption.
