Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in SOC/ MSS or Cyber Operations with 5+ years in people leadership.
• 5+ years with security technologies including threat/vulnerability management and SIEM/EDR/XDR.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IS/Security or related field.
• Willingness to travel ~50% and eligible for sponsorship where applicable.
• Strong communication and leadership capabilities for client engagements.

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of cyber operations and managed security services engagements.
• Serve as senior escalation point and trusted advisor to CISOs and CIOs.
• Set strategy across security operations, incident response, and threat management.
• Coach managers, leads, and analysts across geographies and transitions.
• Drive practice growth through proposals, client solutions, and vendor relationships.
