Job summary

Deloitte's Cyber Foundry seeks an Associate Vice President to provide senior leadership across cyber operations and managed services, guiding diverse teams of experts to deliver secure, scalable outcomes for enterprise clients.

You will shape strategy across operations, incident response, and security technologies while mentoring talent and driving growth through client engagements, partnerships, and ongoing process improvements.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Security Operations Center (SOC), Managed Security Services, or Cyber Operations.
• 5+ years of people-leadership experience across engagements.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, information security, mathematics, decision sciences, risk management, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or industrial engineering.
• Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients you serve.
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of cyber operations and managed security services engagements, including delivery, forecasting, margin management, resource planning, SLA performance, and engagement governance.
• Serve as the senior escalation point and trusted advisor to client CISOs, CIOs, and other executives for security incidents, strategic risk decisions, briefings, and post-incident reviews.
• Set operational and technical strategy across security operations, incident response, endpoint security, application security, threat and vulnerability management, IAM, and network security.
• Lead, coach, and develop Managers, technical leads, and analysts across engagements and geographies; oversee onboarding, transitions, reporting, and escalation management.
• Drive Cyber Foundry practice growth through sales pursuits, RFP responses, client solution presentations, vendor relationships, and adoption of cybersecurity methodologies, architectures, and technologies
