Responsibilities

• Coordinate global cybersecurity incidents from start to finish.
• Liaise with legal, privacy, risk and business partners.
• Develop and sustain incident response processes and documentation.
• Deliver metrics and reporting to leadership on incident response performance.
• Mentor junior team members and oversee complex projects within CIS.
• Be on-call for after-hours incidents as part of rotation.
