Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Cyber Incident Response Coordinator to lead complex global cybersecurity incident responses. The role requires coordinating incident activities, communicating with senior stakeholders, and guiding forensic investigation efforts across time zones, including nontraditional hours.

The candidate will drive process improvements, mentor junior staff, and ensure alignment with incident management programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate global cybersecurity incident responses and manage incidents across time zones.
• Liaise with General Counsel, Data Privacy, and Risk Management contacts.
• Develop and deliver metrics to leadership on incident response performance.
• Draft communications and provide timely updates during incidents.
• Oversee and mentor junior team members in incident response.
