Job summary

EY is seeking an experienced Senior Cyber Incident Response Coordinator to lead global cybersecurity incident management efforts. You will coordinate high‑profile incidents, drive process improvements, and collaborate with Legal, Privacy, Risk, and IT teams to ensure a cohesive response.

The role requires extensive experience across cyber defense domains, incident response lifecycle mastery, and strong communication skills to present findings to leadership and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent.
• 10+ years’ experience across Information Security and related roles.
• 5+ years in SOC/Threat Intelligence or related cyber defense functions.
• 3+ years in DFIR Incident Response or Incident Coordination.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate complex global cybersecurity incidents including nontraditional hours.
• Liaise with General Counsel, Data Privacy, and Risk Management stakeholders.
• Lead process and documentation improvements for incident response.
• Develop metrics and reports for leadership on incident response performance.
• Mentor junior team members and manage on-call rotations.
