Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Cyber Incident Response Coordinator to orchestrate global cybersecurity incident response efforts, coordinating across markets and teams with strong communication and forensics expertise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years in security across roles such as information security professional, SOC analyst/manager, DFIR.
• 5+ years in cybersecurity incident coordination/incident response management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate complex global cybersecurity incident responses, including off-hours support.
• liaise with General Counsel, Data Privacy, and Risk Management contacts.
• Integrate with corporate incident programs to ensure consistent response.
• Lead process improvements and documentation for incident response.
• Deliver metrics to leadership on incident response performance and gaps.
• Mentor junior team members and manage on-call rotations.
