Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Cyber Incident Response Coordinator to lead global cybersecurity incident management. You’ll coordinate response efforts, liaise with GC, Data Privacy, and Risk Management, and drive continuous improvements across enterprise incident programs.

The role emphasizes hands‑on forensics, incident analysis, and on‑call rotations, with a focus on diplomacy and clear communication at senior levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in CS/IS/Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years in information security and related roles.
• 5+ years in SOC/Threat intelligence or DFIR functions.
• 3+ years in DFIR or incident coordination roles.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate complex, global cybersecurity incidents and manage nontraditional hours.
• Interface with legal, risk, data privacy and business partners.
• Lead process improvements and documentation for incident response.
• Deliver metrics and reports to leadership on incident performance.
• Mentor junior team members and oversee programs for continuous improvement.
