Job summary

Strong diplomacy and communication are essential to manage high-stakes incidents and ensure rapid containment and recovery. The role requires hands-on experience in incident response, forensics, and collaboration with Legal, Privacy, and Risk teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years in Information Security or related roles including SOC/Threat Intelligence/DFIR.
• 3+ years in roles like Incident Coordinator or Cyber Defense functions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate global cybersecurity incidents from declaration to resolution.
• Liaise with General Counsel, Data Privacy, and Risk Management contacts.
• Manage relationships with business partners, vendors, and external parties.
• Oversee projects and drive improvements in incident response processes.
• Develop and deliver metrics on incident response performance to leadership.
• Draft communications and reports for leadership during and after incidents.
