Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Cyber Incident Response Coordinator to lead complex global cybersecurity incident response efforts. You will coordinate across time zones, liaise with legal, privacy, risk, and business partners, and drive process improvements for faster, more effective responses.

The role requires advanced incident response expertise, diplomacy, and strong communication skills to lead junior staff and report to leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years’ experience across information security roles.
• 5+ years’ experience in SOC or cybersecurity incident coordination.
• Experience with SIEM, cloud security (Azure), and digital forensics.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate global cybersecurity incidents and manage response across time zones.
• Liaise with General Counsel, Data Privacy, Risk Management, and business partners.
• Develop processes to improve incident response and metrics for leadership.
• Provide on-call support as part of the incident response team.
