Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Cyber Incident Response Coordinator to lead global cybersecurity incident response efforts and coordinate across cross-functional teams. The role requires senior-level expertise in incident management, forensics, and cross‑border stakeholder engagement.

The position is embedded in EY’s Cyber & Investigative Services, with a strong emphasis on diplomacy, rapid decision-making, and continuous improvement. A on‑call rotation and hybrid work model are part of the role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years’ experience across information security roles such as information security professional and systems engineering.
• 5+ years in SOC, Cyber threat intelligence, detection engineering, or related cyber defense functions.
• 3+ years in Cyber DFIR incident response or incident coordination.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate complex responses to global cybersecurity incidents involving external threats and nontraditional hours.
• Liaise with General Counsel, Data Privacy/Protection, and Risk Management contacts.
• Lead and manage integration with other incident management programs for consistency.
• Oversee projects and mentor junior team members within CIS.
• Develop and document scalable incident response processes and metrics.
