Job summary

EY is hiring an experienced Senior IAM Consultant to design, engineer, maintain, and troubleshoot a wide range of enterprise IAM solutions across multiple clients. You’ll work with Saviynt, SailPoint IIQ/ISC, Entra ID and MFA to enforce access governance, RBAC, and SoD controls, while translating business needs into technical specifications.

You will collaborate with business stakeholders and application teams, contribute to policy design, and support cloud-directory integrations in a hybrid

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ or similar IGA platforms.
• Experience with access reviews and entitlement governance.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.

Responsibilities

• Develop Saviynt /SailPoint IIQ policies and configuring rules to detect policy violations.
• Configure Saviynt/SailPoint connectors, custom connectors, custom rules, workflow configurations, and third‑party integrations.
• Implementing, managing, and maintaining IAM tools across the enterprise.
• Designing and architecting IAM solutions and processes.
• Translate business requirements into technical delivery and specs.
• Leverage Active Directory, Azure AD, LDAP, SSO, MFA in IAM solutions.
