Job summary

BECU seeks a Senior Cybersecurity Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) Manager to strengthen governance across the organization and mature our control framework. You will translate regulatory expectations into practical standards, drive second-line oversight, and lead automation initiatives with Power BI, Power Automate, and the Microsoft Power Platform.

As a senior contributor, you’ll influence stakeholders across cybersecurity, technology, and Compliance, advance CCM, and help ensure

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science or related field.
• Typically requires 7 years of cybersecurity experience or related experience in IT, Compliance, or Audit.
• Expertise leveraging FFIEC, GLBA, PCI/DSS, SOX, NIST CSF and related regulations.

Responsibilities

• Develop, evolve, and improve GRC programs, processes, standards, and guidelines.
• Provide second-line oversight of cybersecurity controls and remediation.
• Support cybersecurity regulatory examinations and evidence management.
• Translate frameworks into practical operating standards and practices.
• Develop metrics and reporting for leadership visibility.
