Job summary

Deloitte's Cyber Detect and Respond team seeks an Associate Vice President to own delivery, strategy, and financial performance of managed SOC engagements, leading managers and analysts onshore and offshore to solve today's cybersecurity challenges.

The role requires 10+ years in security monitoring, leadership of managed services, and a Bachelor's degree. Travel up to 50% is expected; strong communication, mentoring, and roadmapping skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in security monitoring, engineering, or analytics with SOC leadership.
• 10+ years delivering security services with client delivery, staffing, and governance responsibility.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end managed SOC delivery for clients, ensuring SLAs and data protection.
• Translate threat intel into detection logic, use cases, and client reporting.
• Set roadmaps for Cyber Detect and Respond services, including SIEM modernization and SOAR capabilities.
• Oversee onshore and offshore teams, handling performance and incident investigations.
• Own engagement financials, including margins, staffing, forecasting, and account planning.
