• Lead end-to-end managed SOC delivery for clients, ensuring SLA performance and data protection.
• Translate threat intel into detection logic, use cases, and client reports; expand UEBA coverage.
• Set roadmaps for Cyber Detect and Respond services including SIEM modernization and SOAR capabilities.
• Direct onshore/offshore teams; oversee performance, escalation, and incident response.
• Own engagement financials: margins, staffing, forecasting, and client relationships.
