Job summary

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for operational performance and issue resolution for strategic customers.
• Manage end-to-end case management, including escalation and root-cause analysis.
• Coordinate day-to-day supply chain activities to ensure service delivery excellence.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize cargo movements and planning.
• Develop and maintain customer-specific process documentation and SOPs.
• Support KPI reporting and customer performance measurements using reporting tools.
