Maersk in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Senior Customer Experience Consultant to link customers with operations for Ground Freight and Cold Chain solutions. You will oversee shipments from booking through delivery, communicate proactively, and ensure customer requirements are understood and executed.

This full-time onsite role emphasizes collaboration, problem-solving, and attention to detail in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of experience in logistics, transportation, or related operations.
• Experience with Ground Freight or Cold Chain is preferred but not required.
• Strong customer service and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work across teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact between the customer and operations teams.
• Monitor shipments from booking to final delivery and provide proactive updates.
• Communicate delays, risks, and resolutions clearly.
• Coordinate with operations, dispatch, carriers, and service providers.
• Ensure compliance with customer SOPs and safety standards.
• Identify root causes of disruptions and coordinate timely resolutions.
• Contribute to reviews and continuous improvements in service delivery.
