Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field and typically 6+ years of transformation experience.
• Experience defining program structure, governance, KPI measurement, stakeholder management, and fiscal management.
• Change management experience preferred and beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the definition of business/operations strategy for a focused program, engaging and influencing senior leaders.
• Support cross-functional transformation projects by identifying opportunities, building and implementing solutions across teams.
• Apply frameworks and best practices to evaluate readiness, develop action plans, and lead program mobilization throughout the life of the program.
• Evaluate and analyze data to support business strategy/operations improvements.
• Re-engineer processes to improve delivery, reduce waste, and sustain change.
• Define and execute change management initiatives, including stakeholder assessments and communications.
• Foster organization-wide collaboration and engage senior stakeholders.
