Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) is seeking a seasoned Integration and Sustain Engineering Team Manager in Houston, TX. This hybrid role requires about two days per week in-office, leading a large, talented team of managers and technologists to design, build, and sustain cloud-driven solutions for mission-critical applications.

You will shape project scope, timelines, and resources, while driving innovation and ensuring high-quality outcomes across applications, APIs, and integrations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years in Engineering Management.
• 5+ years of People Management experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and ongoing leadership for a large team including managers and senior technologists.
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage project risks to ensure on-time delivery.
• Stay updated on cloud technologies and enable innovative solutions.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to translate needs into scalable cloud-based solutions.
• Lead investigation and resolution of complex production issues across applications and services.
• Design, build, and support integrations between factory environments, cloud platforms, and internal systems.
