Job summary
Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking a Senior Integration Engineer - PCE in Houston, TX. This hybrid role requires office presence about 2 days per week.
You will lead integration design, automation, and AI-enabled enhancements across private cloud and engineered systems to transform support from reactive to proactive. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex production issues, build scalable integrations, and leverage modern DevOps practices to improve reliability
Qualifications
- 7-10 years in software/engineering roles such as SRE, integration, or production engineering.
- Strong troubleshooting across cloud platforms, distributed systems, APIs, and production environments.
- Experience with Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Go, Java, or similar languages.
- Experience with databases, monitoring, logging, networking, and automation.
Responsibilities
- Lead investigation and resolution of complex production issues across applications, APIs, cloud services, integrations, data pipelines, and factory systems.
- Perform root-cause analysis and drive permanent fixes to improve reliability at scale.
- Design, build, and support integrations between factory environments, cloud platforms, internal systems, and third-party applications.
- Develop automation that reduces manual effort across onboarding, diagnostics, deployments, monitoring, and support.
- Leverage AI and LLM technologies to improve troubleshooting, incident response, knowledge management, and operational efficiency.
- Partner across Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, Product, and Customer Success to solve high-impact business problems.
