itD is seeking a Data Analyst V to analyze customer experience and support data for Reality Labs, delivering insights that improve customer satisfaction across the end-to-end journey.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in data analytics, strong SQL and Python or R, and expertise in statistical modeling, predictive analytics, and Generative AI to translate complex data into business-ready insights.

Qualificações

• 8+ years in data analytics or data science.
• 2+ years in CX analytics or marketing analytics.
• Strong SQL and Python or R.
• Proficiency in statistical analysis techniques (correlation, regression).
• Experience with predictive analytics, ML, or AI techniques.
• Familiarity with Generative AI and LLMs.
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze large, complex datasets using SQL, Python or R to identify CX trends and opportunities.
• Synthesize signals from surveys, analytics, and support interactions across the end-to-end journey.
• Apply statistical modeling, predictive analytics, ML, and NLP to support conversations and tickets.
• Develop customer segmentation and clustering models to identify issues and solutions.
• Integrate feedback with transactional and behavioral data to identify drivers of satisfaction and outcomes.
• Design, test, and launch CX and support KPIs and scorecards across channels.
• Leverage Generative AI tools to automate data analysis, clean data, and generate visualizations.
• Quantify ROI of CX initiatives and communicate findings to stakeholders.
