PACCAR is seeking a Senior Business Analyst in Renton, WA to drive Customer Experience analytics and BI solutions. You will transform ambiguous requirements into dashboards and reports using SQL, Python/R, Tableau/PowerBI, and Snowflake, collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve dealer service levels and data quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field required; MBA/MS desired.
• 2+ years of experience in PACCAR or equivalent industry as a data or business analyst.
• Experience with Salesforce, Snowflake, Tableau, SQL, and Python.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office products.
• Demonstrated ability to contribute to and influence team strategy.

Responsibilities

• Creates BI solutions from ambiguous or undefined business requirements for Customer Interaction projects and tools.
• Contributes ideas to strategy development for management reporting and data analysis.
• Applies data mining and BI techniques to identify and solve business challenges.
• Leads business process reviews across CX departments and communicates insights.
• Collaborates with cross-functional CX teams to drive alignment and project scoping.
• Identifies data quality issues and drives corrective action and governance.
• Monitors solution performance and investigates data-related issues.
• May assist in leading project plans from a technical BI perspective on large projects.
