Job summary

PACCAR's Kenworth Truck Company is seeking a Sales Analyst to manage data for the Sales Operations team, provide critical information via database queries and Tableau dashboards, and identify process improvements to boost sales effectiveness and overall business performance.

You will coordinate with sales regions, plants, engineering, and logistics, respond to management requests, manage PPFS invoices, support audits, and participate in system projects and cross-functional initiatives.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in sales operations or analytics.
• Experience with heavy-duty truck manufacturers or dealer networks preferred.
• Strong PC skills with Access and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and administer Order Processing Policy & Procedure bulletins, negotiating input from diverse stakeholders.
• Attend material shortage meetings to understand backlog changes and actions for Sales Ops.
• Act as liaison between sales regions, plants, engineering, materials, and transport to resolve issues.
• Respond to management requests for ad hoc information and analysis using database tools.
• Manage PACCAR Parts Fleet Services invoices with dealers, transport companies, and accounting for timely payments.
• Maintain Sales Operations data and database, driving process improvements and efficiencies.
• Represent Sales Operations as business lead on system project implementations, including use case scenarios and testing.
• Participate in cross-functional team activities and audits of freight charges.
