PACCAR is seeking a PacLease Business Operations Analyst to optimize Salesforce CRM and Tableau dashboards, in close collaboration with Sales and Marketing and IT. The role focuses on ROI reporting and ensuring scalable, efficient use of the CRM stack.

The position requires 2+ years in CRM management, data handling, and project coordination, with strong communication to senior leaders and dealers. A broad benefits package accompanies the role.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience managing and using CRM systems.
• Experience managing large data volumes, performing strategic research and reporting.
• Project management experience with continuous improvement.
• Tableau data integration and reporting experience.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize across multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Serve as main business lead for Salesforce CRM and Marketing Cloud administration.
• Support maintenance and optimization of PacLease Tableau dashboards.
• Collaborate with IT to ensure optimal Salesforce usage.
• Conduct ROI reporting/analysis linking marketing to sales revenue.
• Document Salesforce CRM and Marketing Cloud processes.
• Create and manage sales, marketing, and executive dashboards.
