Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field required; MBA/MS desired.
• 2+ years of experience as a data or business analyst in PACCAR or equivalent.
• Experience with Salesforce, Snowflake, Tableau, SQL and Python.
• Six Sigma Lean Belt certification desired.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Creates BI solutions from ambiguous requirements for Customer Interaction projects and tools.
• Drives data mining, trend analysis and reporting to improve dealer service levels.
• Applies BI techniques to develop advanced solutions and evaluate performance.
• Leads cross-functional CX process reviews and documents future-state processes.
• Collaborates with stakeholders to scope, document requirements and track progress.
• Identifies data quality issues and drives corrective actions and governance.
• Monitors solution performance and addresses data and speed issues.
• May assist in steering technical BI aspects on large projects.
