Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking a Surgical Technologist in Concord, NC to join the OR team. You will assist with aseptic technique, prepare supplies and instruments, and support RN circulator in patient prep and room turnover.

Requirements include graduation from an accredited surgical tech program with NBSTSA/NCCT certification and ST III qualifications; CVOR experience is preferred for this role.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited surgical technology program.
• Current NBSTSA or NCCT certification.
• Meets all ST III qualifications of Surgical Tech Ladder.
• CVOR experience highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in obtaining and organizing supplies and instruments before, during, and after procedures.
• Support RN circulator in patient prep and room turnover.
• Maintain aseptic technique and monitor sterility of supplies.
• Document charges accurately and ensure proper use of supplies.
