Green Worldwide Shipping is launching a dedicated Customs Entry Team in Itasca, IL. We seek skilled entry writers and brokerage professionals passionate about accuracy, compliance, and service excellence. This role supports nationwide operations with high-quality entry processing across branches.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in Customs Brokerage and PGA, strong Microsoft Office skills, and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Weekend/on-call coverage is required on a rotating basis.

Qualifications

• Customs Brokerage and PGA experience (minimum 2 years).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.).
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Works with minimal supervision.
• Provide weekend/holiday on-call coverage on a rotating basis.

Responsibilities

• Follow Green's established customs brokerage processes and client-specific SOPs.
• Collaborate with your Entry Team and with Green’s import operations personnel to ensure all entries are timely and accurate.
• Research classification, valuation, tariff applicability, free trade agreement eligibility, and related regulatory inputs.
• Monitor work and provide support to maintain high performance across the team.
• Prepare and submit accurate Customs entries and documentation and stay updated on regulations.
