CN Customs Brokerage Services (USA) Inc. seeks a detail-oriented Entry Writer to support customs brokerage operations and ensure smooth import clearance. You will manage entry summaries, document submissions to PGAs, and AIS/HTS classification for timely shipments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate's degree from a two-year college preferred.
• Experience in customs brokerage or logistics is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Process entry summaries and release shipments entering the U.S. via multiple modes.
• Submit documentation to Partner Government Agencies (PGAs).
• Complete AES export filings.
• Manage emails and faxes to ensure timely clearance.
• Handle in-bond transactions (IT, T&E, IE).
• Coordinate arrival and export processing with bond holders.
• Provide customer support to clients, carriers, and vendors.
• Respond to phone inquiries with professional communication.
• Classify goods using the Harmonized Tariff Schedule.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. Customs regulations and PGA requirements.
