Green Worldwide Shipping, LLC is launching a dedicated Entry Team to handle customs entry writing and brokerage with a focus on accuracy, compliance, and service excellence.

This role supports nationwide operations and requires strong attention to detail, knowledge of customs regulations, and the ability to work in a dynamic, technology-forward environment. Weekend on-call will be required on a rotating basis.

Qualifications

• Customs Brokerage and PGA experience (minimum 2 years).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.).
• Passionate attention to detail.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Works with minimal supervision.
• Provide weekend/holiday on-call coverage on a rotating basis.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit accurate Customs entries and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with tariffs, trade agreements, and import/export restrictions.
• Stay updated on changes in regulations.
• Ability to file multiple entry types and bridge expertise gaps.
• Engage in innovative solutions to streamline operations.
• Proactively identify issues and present solutions.
