Job summary

FedEx Logistics seeks a detail-oriented account administration professional to ensure timely release and movement of freight, while preparing required documentation for customs and clients.

You will interact with customers, brokers and internal teams, maintain compliance with US regulations, perform data entry, and generate trend reports. On-site in California with relevant brokerage experience.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• 24 months of brokerage or transportation experience and/or customer service experience required.
• MS Office, Outlook, Office equipment (phone, fax, photocopier, printer, scanner) required.

Responsibilities

• Provide impeccable customer service.
• Prepare, analyze, and submit documentation to Customs and clients.
• Resolve billing issues and action post-entry activities.
• Maintain relationships with brokers and service providers.
• Produce operational trend reports and exception logs.
• Access clients systems as necessary and interact with partners.
