Job summary

FedEx Logistics is seeking a detail-oriented customer service professional to support freight movements, brokerage tasks, and customs documentation. The role emphasizes timely solution delivery and accurate data handling within a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include preparing documentation, coordinating with brokers and clients, resolving billing issues, and producing operational trend reports. A HS diploma or GED and at least 6 months of related experience are required.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months brokerage or transportation experience and/or customer service experience preferred.
• MS Office, Outlook, Office equipment (phone, fax, photocopier, printer, scanner) required.
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
• Knowledge in HTS classification and familiarity with the harmonized tariff system.
• Knowledge of U.S. Customs regulations and other federal regulations and requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and resolution to ensure timely movement of freight.
• Prepare, analyze, and submit documentation to customs and clients.
• Maintain relationships with brokers and service providers to exceed customer requirements.
• Resolve billing issues and coordinate post-entry activity on the customer's behalf.
• Produce operational trend reports and input data accurately into systems.
