Qualificações

• Active U.S. Customs Broker License is required.
• 3+ years in customs brokerage or freight forwarding.
• Strong HTS classification, valuation, and country of origin knowledge.
• Familiarity with ACE Portal, CTPAT, TSA docs and related software.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and with teams on-site in Wood Dale, IL.

Responsabilidades

• Classify imported/exported goods under HTSUS.
• Use ACE Portal for AES filings, protests, and regulatory tasks.
• Maintain compliance with U.S. customs laws and regulations.
• Communicate with CBP and other agencies (FDA, USDA).
• Oversee CTPAT procedures and TSA requirements.
• Advise clients and internal teams on customs matters.
• Review and maintain customs documentation and records.
• Train and mentor junior operations and import staff.
• Stay current with regulatory changes and industry trends.
