The role offers hybrid work (3-2) in the Chicago area, with a salary range of $100,000–$130,000 per year. A strong leadership background and a Customs Broker License are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of U.S. Customs Brokerage experience.
• Customs Broker License required.
• Leadership or management experience preferred.
• Experience with Cargowise is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 3 entry writers.
• Manage daily customs brokerage operations and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Train and mentor new hires
• Oversee entry preparation, classification, valuation, and duty assessment.
