Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years brokerage experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Detail oriented, thorough and accurate.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of U.S. regulatory laws preferred.
• Basic knowledge of INCO terms and HTS.

Responsibilities

• Provide impeccable customer service.
• Maintain customs compliance documentation.
• Process documents in ABI system and obtain releases.
• Review customs rejections and information requests.
• Collaborate with other departments to deliver high service levels.
• Resolve discrepancies and document via IIM for compliance.
• Adhere to ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
