Job summary

Hydro Aluminum Metals NA is seeking a Senior Technical Sales Manager to drive technical sales and marketing of value-added Hydro metals in North America. The role focuses on increasing margin and volume while supporting customers with best-in-class CTS services, especially for recycled and greener products.

You will liaise between customers and production units, align CTS programs with sales goals, and drive continuous improvements.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or doctorate in Materials Science/Metallurgy required.
• Minimum of 5 years in the aluminum extrusion industry desirable.

Responsibilities

• Promote technical sales and marketing of Hydro metals to increase margin and volume.
• Provide best in class Customer Technical Support (CTS) focusing on recycled, greener products.
• Act as the communication link between customer needs and production units (cast houses).
• Define and follow-up R&D projects aligned with customer and market needs.
• Support cast houses on technical issues and help identify new opportunities and products.
