Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service or sales experience in retail, guest services, or hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Take incoming calls for reservations, rate quotes, and general questions; provide information and resolution for customers and other branches.
• Manage callback management and miscellaneous calls as assigned.
• Provide high level of customer service in person and over the phone to meet rental needs.
