Qualifications

• BS degree in a technical field directly related to the work statement
• 5+ years of related work experience for Level 3 OR 9+ years for Level 4 with relevant education
• Experience resolving technical problems across components, harnesses, subsystems and systems
• Experience with maintenance, repair, and preventive measures for mission-critical software and hardware

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for PFA Lab (classified) and PADS Lab (unclassified) maintenance and preventative measures
• Support upkeep of safe and reliable operations for mission-critical software development programs
• Communicate design and operational issues with engineering teams
• Develop in-service correspondence for safe operation and maintenance of equipment
• Participate in accident investigations or support teams
• Assist in on-site surveys of disabled products to assess damage extent
• Adapt and improve existing test procedures
• Ensure tracking and inventory of GFE and classified items
