Job summary

Northrop Grumman Defense Systems in Clearfield, Utah is seeking a Sustaining Engineering Staff Systems Engineer (level 5) to lead the IOSSP engineering team and deliver solutions for an ICBM program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in STEM with 12 years of experience; 10 years with a master’s degree; or 8 years with PhD
• US Citizenship with active DoD Secret clearance at time of application
• 6 years in an engineering lead or management role
• 3 years delivering formal briefings to senior leadership and acting as primary focal point to end user

Responsibilities

• Lead IOSSP engineering team in design, development and delivery of solutions meeting government requirements
• Identify and mitigate technical risks and ensure activities align with contract requirements
• Provide leadership for day-to-day tasking and coordinate with program manager, technical teams and government
