Job summary

Qualifications

• BS degree in Engineering or related field as listed in the job description.
• Level 3: 5+ years of related work experience with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Level 4: 9+ years of related work experience with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience with technical problem resolutions across components, harnesses, subsystems and systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide PFA Lab (classified) and PADS Lab (unclassified) technical support for maintenance, repair and preventative measures.
• Provide technical support for maintenance, repair and preventive measures for customers.
• Apply technical knowledge to research, develop, test and evaluate operations, support programs, modifications, repairs and data.
• Communicate design and operational issues with engineering.
• Develop in-service correspondence for safe operation and maintenance of equipment.
• Participate in accident investigation team or support team.
• Participate in disabled product on-site surveys to assess damage extent.
• Adapt existing test procedures.
• Ensure GFE and classified items are tracked, managed and inventoried.
