Job summary

The Boeing Company is seeking a Customer Support Service Specialist (Mid-Level or Lead) to support the GuSSC program at Hill AFB or Layton, UT. The role focuses on sustaining labs and equipment, ensuring safe and reliable operation of mission-critical software and hardware.

You’ll work closely with engineering and other teams to maintain readiness and document procedures. The position requires a BS in an engineering or related field and 5+ years (Level 3) or 9+ years (Level 4) of relevant

Qualifications

• BS degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or equivalent.
• Level 3 requires 5+ years of related work experience with a degree or equivalent.
• Level 4 requires 9+ years of related work experience with a degree or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience resolving technical issues across components, harnesses, and subsystems.

Responsibilities

• Provide PFA and PADS lab technical support for maintenance, repair and prevention.
• Support safe, reliable operations for mission critical software programs.
• Collaborate with engineering to address design and operation concerns.
• Develop in-service communications for safe operation and maintenance.
• Participate in accident investigation or on-site surveys as needed.
• Ensure tracking and inventory of GFE and classified items.
