Job summary

House Rx is seeking a Sr. Customer Success Manager with Oncology experience to lead customer initiatives across three pillars: customer success, pharmacy operational management, and financial growth.

This role requires travel to customer sites up to 50% and will support West Coast hours from the United States. You will build relationships with dispensers, clinics, and executives while driving program profitability and better access to specialty medications.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience with minimum 3-5 years in program management or similar role, with success in customer relations, operations, and financial oversight.
• Pharmacy space experience is required; oncology experience is required.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills, with ability to adapt communication styles.
• Analytical abilities to drive program growth through data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer initiatives across Customer Success, Pharmacy Operational Management, and Financial Growth.
• Build and maintain relationships with dispensers, clinics, financial personnel, providers, and executives.
• Monitor channels, queues, and documentation to prevent operational gaps and escalations.
• Oversee P&L and identify growth initiatives to improve program revenue.
